Muscat: Enhance Oman and Assarain played out a thrilling tie in the Muscat Pharmacy & Stores sponsored Oman Cricket League Premier Division match at the Ministry of Sports Affairs ground.
Batting first, Enhance Oman put on 204 for 8 in 50 overs. Noorul Riaz top scored with 65. Vinukumar, Shahan Akram and Arif Hussain claimed two wickets each for Assarain.
In response, Assarain scored 204 for 9 in 50 overs, thanks to a stubborn knock off 28 not out (24 balls: 2 fours, 2 sixes) by Kaleemullah. At one stage Assarain were 172 for 9 and it was Kaleemullah who helped them force a tie. Earlier, Ram Kumar top scored with 42. Nester Dhamba claimed 4 wickets for Enhance to enable the hard fought tie.

Batting first, PDO put on 223 for 9 in 30 overs with Sajid Nisar (56) and Khalid (51) top scoring. Haitham Al Sabri claimed three wickets each for OCT Amerat.
In response, OCT Amerat were all out for 73 in 19.5 overs. Asadullah Asghar claimed five wickets for PDO to enable the bonus point win.
