Oman Cricket: Landscape Architecture enter quarterfinals

Muscat: Landscape Architecture recorded a nine-wicket victory over Arabian Sea to enter the quarterfinals of the Oman Cricket Senior Cup Knockout Tournament.
Batting first, Arabian Sea Trading managed to score 180 for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs with Shuaib Ismail top scoring with 86. Syed Afran claimed three wickets for Landscape Architecture.
In reply, Landscape Architecture scored 181 for one in 18.4 overs. Prasad Peruli top scored with an unbeaten 102 and Syed Afran made an unbeaten 52.
Brief scores: Arabian Sea Trading 180 for 8 in 20 overs (Shuaib Ismail 86; Syed Arfan 3/22) lost to Landscape Architecture 181 for 1 in 18.4 overs (Prasad Peruli 102 n.o).
Zawawi Powertech win
In another Senior Cup match, Zawawi Powertech defeated Global Money Exchange (GME) by 24 runs.
Batting first, Zawawi Powertech scored 184 for seven in 20 overs with Murali top scoring with 38. Mujaib Ahmed claimed three wickets for GME.
In reply, GME were bowled out for 160 in 19.2 overs with Shyju Suleiman top scoring with 58. Prabhakaran claimed three wickets for Zawawi Powertech.

Meanwhile, Fairtrade also recorded a victory in the Senior Cup when they defeated Attic Outdoors by 77 runs.
Batting first, Fairtrade scored 203 for four in 20 overs with Nidhin Mohan and Mohammed Nadeem contributin 80 and 49 respectively.
In return, Attic Outdoors scored 126 for nine in 20 overs. Anil Pariya and Aadil Mohammed claimed three wickets each for Fairtade.

Batting first, Carillion Alawi scored 152 for nine in 20 overs. Imran Ali claimed four wickets for Al Mada. In reply, Al Mada scored 153 for three in 18.2 overs with Kashif top scoring with an unbeaten 99.

In reply, PDO were bowled out for 131 in 17.4 overs. Rakesh Patel claimed three wickets for SARCO.
