Sarita Vihar: Roads dug up after carpeting

All the roads were re-carpeted exactly a week ago. The very next day, all the roads were dug up to lay 66 KV cables across Sarita Vihar. It was not only wastage of public money but poor planning as well. Now, they have left gaping 4-foot-deep holes every 300 metres, making Sarita Vihar gravely unsafe and with traffic problems all the time.
