The man who broke the internet with his hilarious chicken shop reviews has launched an app.

The Chicken Connoisseur, who has already landed a book deal, has set up the chicken-orientated app.

Elijah Quashi was a viral icon after reviewing chicken shops in London.

The star racked up millions of views online and his new app promises to help locate chicken shops.

Almost like a mix between Citymapper and Tripadvisor, Quashi tells viewers about his app.

The app claims to allow users to upload locations and reviews of chicken shops and then gives you their location in relation to you.

Mr Quashi has already nabbed a book deal entitled ‘The Pengest Munch: In Search of the Nation’s 50 Favourite Chicken Establishments.’

The hardback book is already available for pre-order on Amazon and is set to retail at £10.

Due to be launched in October it is described as: ‘A comprehensive guide to spice, crispiness and all things fried, the Chicken Connoisseur gives the ultimate guide to wings an’dat.’

The app is free to download for Apple and Android users.

His unique take on chicken has launched Mr Quashi as a seriously well known food critic.

While discussing one diner he explained: ‘The fillet was a serious ting – the thickness was there. Bossman did well.’

The book was sourced from the public giving reviews, as will the app.
