Good causes are always worth supporting and that certainly applies to the endeavours of former Roscommon footballer and Ireland International Rules manager Paul Earley who will cycle 430kms next weekend to raise money for Breast Cancer Research, a national charity that funds the programme led by Professor Michael Kerin at NUI Galway.

The key objective of the charity is to fund relevant, ethical research into the biology of breast cancer. This research determines the causes of this disease and helps to improve treatments and outcomes for patients.
