INDORE: Indra Bishnoi, one of the accused in Rajasthan's Bhanwari Devi murder, was arrested from Dewas district after evading police for last 6 years.
Indra, who carried a reward of Rs 5 lakh on her head, was arrested by Rajasthan ATS from a house on the banks of Narmada river at Nemawar on Friday, Khategaon police said.
Indra had been staying in Nemawar for the last six years with the assistance of a family known to her from Jodhpur.
She had changed her identity and refrained from using her cellphone or operating her ATM cards.
She will be handed over to CBI which is investigating the case.
Indra, sister of former MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi, was interrogated and when her name was included in Bhanwari Devi murder case as an accused, she went missing.

Premier investigating agency CBI started its investigations in the case and in its chargesheet they held Congress legislator and sacked minister Mahipal Maderna and Malkhan Singh Bishnoi as the key conspirators.
