In response to the recent letter questioning why Nevada doesn’t have a lottery: The writer is missing one point. Read Article 4, Section 24 of the state constitution and you will see why we do not have a lottery. Why has nobody brought up this point?
Higher prices will result. Poor families will still pay a higher price for food because Alber-Krog will still control the distribution of food.
The reason our leaders are more polarized than the American people is because of the way we elect our representatives.
