North Dakotans really hate Spanish-style appetizers, according to a new study by the app Hater, which matches people based on what they dislike. Hater's site says the idea for the app was hatched from a University of Oklahoma study that found people tend to bond with each other when both share a negative opinion of a third party.
The company has been tracking the "hates" and "dislikes" of their "few hundred thousand" users in the United States since the app went public in February.
