BCom’s Prachi Roy crowned Miss Fresher at Magadh Mahila College

PATNA: BCom first year student Prachi Roy was chosen Miss Fresher at a function organised by the commerce department of Magadh Mahila College on Monday.
Akansha and Annshika Acharya bagged the first and second runner-up crowns.
College principal Dharmsheela Prasad congratulated the winners.
PWC: Patna Women’s College (PWC) students organised several cultural events on the eve of Teachers’ Day on Monday.
The programme was inaugurated by lighting the ceremonial lamp by college principal Sr Marie Jessie AC. While the students of BCA department presented a skit on student-teacher relationship, the cabinet members performed a well-synchronised ‘bhangra’.
Psychology and Hindi department heads Dr Meena Kishore and Dr Sharan Saheli addressed the students and expressed their gratitude. They also talked about the role of teachers in the lives of students.
