Income Tax officials, who began search operations on properties belonging to Coffee Day Enterprises in Chikkamagaluru on Thursday, completed the raids on Sunday morning.

The officials conducted searches in the office of Coffee Day Enterprises (CDE) in the city and the residence of Halappa Gowda, a close relative of CDE promoter V.G. Siddhartha, at Mudigere town among other places. Mr. Siddhartha is the son-in-law of former Chief Minister S.M. Krishna.
