All the three members were found with their throats slit. Body of Biranchi’s wife Tarini was found near the house while the husband’s body was located by police at Topdala, nearly 40 km away. Further investigation led to detection of the son Naba’s body another 10 km away in a jungle.
Tarini was the second wife of Biranchi whose source of livelihood was agriculture.
