Nearly two months after hurricane Harvey roared through Houston, TX, CBS News drone footage shows tens of thousands of damaged vehicles being stored at the Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, TX.The converted track represents just one of many similar sites that have popped up across the metro area. Many of the cars will be refurbished and back on the road.
