Steve Kerr gave an NBA championship ring to Steve Nash … while shirtless. A grinning Kerr thumbs-upped the camera (while wearing just Warriors practice shorts) after handing over the bling for what Nash called my own personal ring ceremony in a picture the player development coach posted Wednesday on Facebook.

The Warriors head coach could hardly have picked a more comical way to give Nash his due.
A retired two-time MVP and eight-time All-Star, Nash previously downplayed his role in helping the Warriors win their second championship in three years. He even elected to skip Golden State”s official ring ceremony.
But it”s clear Kerr wanted to deliver Nash a token of his and the Warriors” appreciation.
