What we know so far...
A broken down car caused major delays on the M25 this evening. Delays were present from Junction 12 - the M3.
One lane was closed on the slip road at the point where the two entry slip roads from M3 Northbound and M3 Southbound merge.
Traffic now seems to the easing.
Vehicle now moved to hard shoulder
Congestion remains however...
Very slow traffic due to earlier broken down car on M25 anticlockwise at J12 M3
One lane was closed on the slip road at the point where the two entry slip roads from M3 Northbound and M3 Southbound merge. The vehicle has now been moved to the hard shoulder to await recovery.

Guildford Road
Roadworks during off-peak periods and temporary traffic lights on B2128 Guildford Road near Upfold Lane.
The roadworks are not fixed in one location and move slightly along the road everyday.
Between 9am and 3.30pm until Monday (November 6).
Issue with cards on TVMs in Woking
According to South Western Railway, there is an issue with cards on TVMs, particularly in the Woking, Wimbledon and Richmond areas.
Traffic updates from across the county
- Brighton Road is busy but moving
- Usual slow traffic in London Road around New Inn Lane and Clay Lane
- Slow traffic on the A308 Staines Road East at Batavia Road. Traffic is being affected by temporary traffic lights for water main works
West Park Road
There is some slow traffic on B2028 West Park Road eastbound before A22 Eastbourne Road.
Circle Line
Travelling into London? There are “severe delays” on the Central Line.

Traffic update
A217 northbound past the closure of the A240 at Burgh Heath is slow.
A307 at Esher, Sandown Park is also queuing in both directions.
A24 Dorking Road
There us some very slow traffic on the A24 Dorking Road northbound in Woodcote Road, congestion to White Horse Drive.
Traffic is being affected by temporary traffic lights due to gas main works.
A308 Staines Road
There is some slow traffic on the A308 Staines Road East in Batavia Road.
Traffic is being affected by temporary traffic lights for water main works.
A217 Brighton Road
There is some slow traffic on the A217 Brighton Road northbound at B2221 Tattenham Way, congestion to Shelvers Way.
Traffic is using the A217 to divert around the closure of the A240 for junction improvements.
Engineering works in Woking
On Saturday (October 28) and Sunday (October 29), all lines in the Woking area will be closed all day.
According to South Western Railway, replacement buses will run and passengers may need to travel earlier than normal.

The Stations Roundabout
There is some slow traffic on the A25 Redstone Hill at Marketfield Way (The Stations Roundabout).
All lane have reopened
The traffic is still “very slow” due to earlier broken down box van on the M25 clockwise before J6 A22/B2235 in Godstone.
All lanes have been reopened.
District line
Minor delays on the District Line between Earls Court and Tower Hill due to signal failure at South Kensington.
Good service on the rest of the line.
SWR disruption
The 6.02am train from Woking to Alton has been terminated at Aldershot.
It did not call at Farnham, Bentley and Alton due to a “member of train crew being unavailable”.
