This week’s most wanted subject is Estevban Avila Esquivel, 36, from Corning.
Esquivel has a warrant for his arrest for kidnapping in the amount of $1,180,000. He has two no bail felony warrants for residential burglary.
Esquivel is a Hispanic man, 5’3” tall, 190 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.
