Enterprise Minnesota is offering a workshop, “Your Business Strategy: On Purpose or by Accident?” Steve Haarstad, a business growth expert at Enterprise Minnesota, will show participants the steps they need to implement a strategic plan, and how to sustain a plan over time. In addition, manufacturing executives will share how a formal strategic plan has enhanced their understanding of their company’s competition and technological advancements, and led to business growth.
The workshop is from 8 to 10 a.m. Nov. 7 at Great River Energy, 12300 Elm Creek Blvd., Maple Grove.
