Fulton man charged with hate crime allegedly sent nude photo to a minor

FULTON, N.Y. — A Fulton man who was recently charged with a hate crime, also allegedly sent a nude photo through Facebook to a minor, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's office.

Cody A. Thomas, 18, was arrested on Thursday around 4 p.m. for Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor, in the Second Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, deputies said.

Thomas was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court, and is scheduled to return to the City of Fulton Court on November 13.

Thomas was arrested and charged with Assault in the Third Degree (as a Hate Crime), after he assaulted a transgender individual, according to New York State Police.
