18-year-old pregnant girl killed in MP’s Jhabua

INDORE: Body of a 18-year-old pregnant girl was found in an agriculture field at village Chhoti Kardadwat in Bhopal's Jhabua district on Sunday morning.
The victim was eight months pregnant and appears to have been murdered, Jhabua Kotwali police station in charge RC Bhaskara told TOI.
Family of the deceased alleged she was raped before being killed, but investigators ruled out the possibility.But they said that since she is a minor, the pregnancy shows that she has had physical relations with someone.
“The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination. It is only after the results are out that we will be able to arrive at a conclusion,” Bhaskara said.
