First, Juli Briskman gave Donald Trump’s motorcade the finger while out on a bike ride. Quickly, she was hailed as a viral hero. Next, she was fired from her job, likely as a result of the onslaught of media attention. Now, a GoFundMe started on Briskman’s behalf has raised more than $100,000.

“Juli Briskman is an inspiration to us all,” the GoFundMe explains. “This week we learned that she was fired from her employer for exercising her first amendment rights. You can show your support by donating here.”

In nine days, the fund has raised more than $102,000; the goal was to raise $100,000. Briskman posted a message via the creator of the fund yesterday, writing she was terribly worried about what she’d tell her children and how she’d afford healthcare after she was fired, but “Through your very generous donations, many of those heavy burdens have been lifted. I am not sure what the future holds, but I am buoyed by your support.”
