The Bournemouth ace is a reported transfer target for West Ham United.
Hammers boss David Moyes will surely be looking to strengthen his options at the London Stadium during the January transfer window, as he looks to build a squad capable of mounting a sustained push for the top 10 in the second half of the Premier League campaign.
One particular area where the Scot wants to strengthen is central midfield, with the Sun reporting that he is lining up a £15 million January swoop for Bournemouth ace Harry Arter.
The 27-year-old is a cultured, classy performer, and the reported fee of £15 million would represent fantastic business for West Ham, in what is a currently a ludicrously inflated transfer market.

Moyes actually has a fairly strong squad available at his disposal, but it is an ageing one nevertheless.
Mark Noble will be 31 before the season has finished, and it will be vital for the Hammers boss to bring in a younger model of similar quality to the Canning Town man.
Arter is a wonderful passer of the football, and his control when in possession, combined with his exceptional vision, allows him to dictate the tempo of the game.
He would certainly bring a level of quality and control to West Ham’s midfield, and if Moyes manages to bring him to the club in January for £15 million, it could turn out to be a really significant piece of business for the club.
