Congress hosts farewell dinner for Sonia Gandhi

New Delhi.The All India Congress Committee on Sunday hosted a farewell dinner for Sonia Gandhi, who led the party for a record 19 years before handing over the mantle to Rahul Gandhi.

Besides the two Gandhis, the dinner at The Ashok was attended by office-bearers of AICC, members of Congress Working Committee, the party legislators, some PCC and CLP leaders. Leaders of some Congress allies also attended the dinner.
