iProperty.com's Home & Property Investment Fair to draw over 17,000 visitors

KUALA LUMPUR: Property website, iProperty.com Malaysia, aims to attract more than 17,000 visitors to its three-day Home and Property Investment Fair at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, here, which ends tomorrow.
iProperty Malaysia and Singapore chief executive officer, Haresh Khoobchandani said he was optimistic of achieving the target in this fourth edition of the fair as there were more top developers participating this time compared to last year.
"There are more than 33 exhibitors, including some which were not here last year ... There is a lot of good value offered by the leading developers and I think its going to attract new buyers to come here," he told Bernama after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, today.
He said the exhibition showcased a wide range of properties with direct access to the transit stations such as the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rail Transit and KL Monorail, as well as properties located within Greater Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas.
The fair presents an excellent opportunity for house buyers and investors to explore different projects from a host of leading developers including Gamuda Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, HCK Properties Sdn Bhd, Tropicana Corporation Bhd and Agresif Sdn Bhd.
