The following cases were among those heard Tuesday during a felony court session at the Davison County Public Safety Center in Mitchell:

• Jacob Stulken, 27, of Mitchell, was denied a bond modification regarding a drug possession charge; bond remains at $2,000 cash; if bond is posted, he must be on 24/7 program with UAs.

• Troy Safar, 45, of Mitchell, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, meth, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine; jury trial set for June.

• Jazzmin Jennings, 26, of Mitchell, pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery for writing checks on another person's account; sentenced to suspended 3-year prison term on each conviction to run concurrent to each other; 4 years of probation; must successfully complete treatment program; $1,616.99 in court costs, fees, and fines; must repay court-appointed attorney fees.

• William Goetsch, 24, of Mitchell, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, meth, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine; jury trial set for June.

• Nicholas Cronk, 22, of Mitchell, pleaded not guilty to third-degree rape, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 25 years in prison and a $50,000 fine; jury trial set for June.

• David Stock, 53, of Mitchell, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, meth, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine, and possession of a controlled substance, meth, with intent to distribute, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.

• Jeremy Moore, 40, of Mitchell, pleaded not guilty to unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance, meth, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine; jury trial scheduled for June.

• Kole Hart, 20, of Mitchell, pleaded guilty to possession of hash wax, was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, and sentenced to 2 years of probation; $1,295.12 in court costs and fines; and repay court-appointed attorney fees; credit for 1 day served in jail, must serve 2 more days; if he complies with all terms of his probation, the conviction will be removed from his record.

• Joshua Gruber, 27, of Bigfork, Mont., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, psilocybin (mushrooms) and was granted a suspended imposition of sentence, meaning if he successfully complies during 2 years of probation, the conviction will be removed from his record; $1,233.30 in costs and fines; repay court-appointed attorney fees.

• Candace Fredericks, 51, of Mitchell, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, meth, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine; jury trial set for June.

• Daniel Seiner, 33, of Mitchell, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, meth, and reckless discharge of a firearm; sentenced to suspended 5-year prison term; 4 years of probation; $1,448.23 in court costs and fines; repay court-appointed attorney fees; must successfully complete mental health treatment program and take medication; cannot possess firearms or weapons; 50 days of jail, with credit for 50 days served.
