BJP ticket aspirant from Yadagir Dr Sharanabhoopala Reddy's car suddenly burst into flames, while the vehicle was still in motion.
Astonishingly, Reddy who was seated inside the car escaped unhurt.
The incident occurred at Ibrahimpura Cross in Yadagir district, on Sunday afternoon.
Reddy had bought the new Ertiga car one month ago. The total loss in fire mishap is estimated is at Rs 40 lakh.
