SAMBALPUR: All the gates of Kalma barrage in Chhattisgarh should be opened and flow of water into Mahandi river should not be restricted till pronouncement of any verdict by the Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal, said Mahanadi Bachao Andolan convener Sudarsan Das.
