WHEN ARE THE WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS?

The semi-finals in Sheffield are scheduled for 3-5 May (Thursday to Saturday).

They are played over best of 33 frames across four sessions.

WHEN IS THE WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL?

The World Championship final takes place over two days, comprising of four sessions.

Day one of the final is on Sunday, May 6 with sessions at 2pm and 7pm.

Day two will occur on Monday, May 7 with sessions once again taking place at 2pm and 7pm.

The final is played over best of 35 frames.

WHICH PLAYERS ARE LEFT IN THE WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIP?

Two players have already secured their semi-final places, Barry Hawkins and Kyren Wilson.

Wilson will face the winner of the quarter-final match between John Higgins and Judd Trump.

The winner of the clash between Mark Williams and Ali Carter will play Hawkins.

WORLD SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIP PRIZE MONEY: HOW MUCH COULD THEY EARN?

The total prize fund for this year’s World Championship is £1,968,000.

Semi-finalists are set to pocket £85,000 while the runner-up in Sheffield will collect £180,000.

The winner, however, will take home a whopping £425,000.
