Celebratory firing kills Bhojpur boy

ARA: A 15-year-old boy died in a celebratory firing during a performance by female dancers at a marriage function at Dubwal village under the Shahpur police station area in Bhojpur district on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Ramesh Kumar, son of Brahmeshwar Singh of the same village. Two others — Omprakash Yadav (35) of Banahi village and Vimlesh Kumar (20) of Dubwal — were injured.
Police said Ramesh died on the spot.Omprakash and Vimlesh were rushed to the sadar hospital at district HQ town Ara from where they were referred to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in a serious condition.
The marriage party had come to the house of Ashok Kumar, Shahpur police station SHO said on Tuesday and added investigations were on.
