Hamirpur MLA’s office gutted

Hamirpur: The legal assistance office of Narender Thakur, MLA, was gutted here on Tuesday. Advocate Naveen Thakur, his nephew, who assists the MLA in the legal profession, said he was in the court when he was informed that smoke was rising from the office. He said the fire was controlled from spreading by the firefighters. There were over 3,000 files in the office and 1,800 files were burnt, he added. OC
