She recently sold her 1930s inspired adobe in Los Angeles' Silver Lake district, often dubbed as the one of the most quirkiest neighborhoods in the city.

And Morena Baccarin has put her quaint two-bedroom home in California's Atwater Village on the market for a mere $849,000, just 11 months after she married her Gothan co-star Ben McKenzie.

The 39-year-old actress previously purchased the Spanish-style duplex in 2007 for $649,000, exactly $200,000 less than her asking price.

Built in 1925, the Spanish-style duplex is fronted by a bold cactus garden - adding a refreshing tone to the modest abode.

Morena and Ben - who share baby girl Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan, two - married at the Brooklyn's Botanical Gardens on June 2 - which fell on Morena's 38th birthday.

At the time of their daughter's birth, the pair's Gotham characters, James Gordon and Dr. Leslie Thompkins, were also expecting a baby together on-screen, but Morena insisted that it was 'a total coincidence'. 

The award-winning actress sold her hilltop Silver Lake home for just under $2.1 million last month, just five years after she bought the property for nearly $1.3 million.

Designed by architect Winchton L. Risley, the abode boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as an en suite bedroom.

Morena recently divided her New York property she once shared with ex-husband Austin Chick following their divorce in 2016, according to TMZ. 

The former couple recently settled on a custody agreement over their four-year-old son Julius, after Chick agreed to move to the Big Apple where the actress and her new husband live.

The Spy star agreed to split her future residuals, which include her earnings from Gotham, Homeland and Deadpool, as well as handing over a once-off check for $406,000. 

According to the court documents, Morena currently makes more than $90k a month, compared to Austin's $1,375 a month. 

The agreement also stipulates that neither can bad mouth the other in front of their child, while they will split custody.

In their custody settlement, the mother-of-two had already agreed to pay an extra year of $5,000 a month spousal support, in addition to the $3,500 she pays in child support.

Morena recently discussed her desire to play the first female James Bond during her appearance on The View last week. 

When asked about portraying the famous fictional British spy icon, the Brazilian-born actress said: 'I think pretty much like Bond, but female. I think why not...have her do the same things. Have her have gadgets.'

'Also I think I like the idea of her being slightly emotionally vulnerable, but unable to make connections like he is. I think that's fascinating...that would be fun,' she added.
