And Morena Baccarin has put her quaint two-bedroom home in California's Atwater Village on the market for a mere $849,000, just 11 months after she married her Gothan co-star Ben McKenzie.
The 39-year-old actress previously purchased the Spanish-style duplex in 2007 for $649,000, exactly $200,000 less than her asking price.

The former couple recently settled on a custody agreement over their four-year-old son Julius, after Chick agreed to move to the Big Apple where the actress and her new husband live.

The agreement also stipulates that neither can bad mouth the other in front of their child, while they will split custody.

In their custody settlement, the mother-of-two had already agreed to pay an extra year of $5,000 a month spousal support, in addition to the $3,500 she pays in child support.
Morena recently discussed her desire to play the first female James Bond during her appearance on The View last week.
When asked about portraying the famous fictional British spy icon, the Brazilian-born actress said: 'I think pretty much like Bond, but female. I think why not...have her do the same things. Have her have gadgets.'
'Also I think I like the idea of her being slightly emotionally vulnerable, but unable to make connections like he is. I think that's fascinating...that would be fun,' she added.
