Gandhidham-Tirunelveli Humsafar Express via Mangaluru from July 5

MANGALURU: Union minister of state of railways Rajen Gohain will flag off the inaugural service of Gandhidham-Tirunelveli weekly Humsafar Express at Gandhidham on July 5. The inaugural train will run as Humsafar special service from Gandhidham to Tirunelveli junction via the Konkan Railway route.
The timings and stoppages of special train 09424 Gandhidham-Tiruneliveli weekly Humsafar Express (inaugural special) are as follows:
Train 09424 will leave Gandhidham at 10am on July 5 and reach Tirunelveli at 9.30am on July 7.
This inaugural service will touch the following railway stations in Palakkad division on July 6: Mangaluru Junction - 5pm/5.05pm; Kozhikode – 9pm/9.02pm and Shoranur Junction - 11.30pm/11.32pm.
Train 09423 Tirunelveli-Gandhidham weekly Humsafar express (inaugural special) will leave Tirunelveli Junction at 10.30am on July 8 and reach Gandhidham at noon on July 10. Train 09423 will arrive and department at the following stations in Palakkad division as follows: Shoranur Junction – 9.10pm/9.20pm; Kozhikode – 10.45pm/10.50pm (on Sunday) and Mangaluru Junction – 2.10am/2.20pm (on Monday)
These trains that will be operated using LHB rakes will halt at Ahmedabad Junction, Vadodara, Surat, Vasai Road, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Karwar, Mangaluru Junction, Kozhikode, Shoranur Junction, Ernakulam Junction and Thiruvananthapuram Central and will consist of 16 AC 3-tier coaches, one AC hot buffet car and two luggage cum brake van coaches.
