Durban Property Buyer Show – an all round property expo!

Greg Crowder-Greg is the Marketing Manager at Private Property who has gained first-hand experience in finding the best property and clinching the best deal.

John Graham – John is the CEO of HouseCheck and a renowned author of popular books such as The South African Home Buyer’s Guide, Quality Control for SA Home-Building and The Complete Guide to Home Inspection in South Africa. He will illustrate the potential pitfalls unsuspecting buyers may face when buying a new or second hand home.

Lisa Boniface – Lisa is a conveyancing attorney at Dykes van Heerden. She will offer her legal experience with regards to property rights and how to avoid legal pitfalls associated with property purchases and transfers.

Neale Petersen – Neale is the Founder and CEO of  Real Estate Investor Magazine. Neale’s purpose is to educate, empower, inspire, add value and transform people to become successful in building personal wealth through real estate.

Andrew Rissik – Andrew is the Managing Director of Sable International. Andrew grew up in South Africa and has had tertiary and professional working experience in South Africa and the UK. In 1994, he relocated to join a UK business operation, after which he was involved in start-up businesses and business turnarounds before returning to South Africa in 2004. He is credited with establishing a company that facilitated the investment of UK client money into the emerging South African property market.
