Sales

Platinum Wintergreen LP, an Addison-based investorhas purchased the Bocks Board Packaging building in Hutchins. The 69,750-square foot industrial property is at 1520 E. Wintergreen Road near Interstate 45. Seller Bocks Board Packaging leased back the building Adam Abushagur with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

JSNB Camelot LLC has purchased the 117-unit Camelot Apartments at 1212 Hampshire Lane in Richardson from a Toronto investor. Sam Pettigrew of Dallas-based Cantrell Co. & Partners brokered the sale.

Southlake-based Napali Capital LLC has purchased the Westwood Apartments on Spruce Valley Land near Kiest Boulevard in Dallas. The new owners plan to renovate the property built in 1969.

KV Mineral Springs LLC has purchased an 8,000-square-foot industrial building 1125 Mineral Springs Road in Arlington. Keenan Cook at Mercer Co. brokered the sale with Mark Sullivan at Ritter & Associates.

A Texas partnership has purchased the MediaTech building, a 29,676-square foot industrial property located at 13300 Branch View Lane in Farmers Branch. Adam Abushagur with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Bernie's Concrete Construction Inc has purchased a 4,900-square-foot industrial property at 3610 Marquis Drive in Garland. Tammy Winner at Bates & Myers brokered the sale with Tucker Cason at Mercer Co.

Leases

C2 Wireless and Accessories leased 65,200 square feet of industrial space at 3275 Trinity in

Grand Prairie. Wesley Hunnicutt and Gary Lindsey with Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease with Stream Realty Partners.

Waxahachie Gymnastics has leased 15,972 square feet of retail space located at 505 N. Highway 77 in Waxahachie. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord and Lance Rust of The Joe Rust Company represented the tenant.

Can-Do-Services has leased 15,055 square feet of industrial space at 10514 King William Drive in Dallas. Ken Wesson and Adam Graham of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Greg Nelson of Paladin Partners.

Silver Creek Midstream, a private energy firm company, signed a new lease for 10,034 square feet at Tower 909 at 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway in Irving. Ben Sumner with Centurion Real Estate negotiated the lease with building owner KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III.

LPA Design Studios has moved into 7,000 square feet of office space in the Landmark Center on Ross Avenue in downtown Dallas' West End district. The firm expanded to Dallas last year and previously had a smaller office at 1920 McKinney Avenue in Uptown.

Energy Hunter Resources, an oil exploration and production company, renewed and expanded its lease to 4,856 square feet at Tower 909 at 909 Lake Carolyn Parkway in Irving. Tim Terrell and Todd Noonan of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with building owner KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III.

CITT Services has signed a 3,341 square-foot lease in Tollway Towers South on the Dallas North Tollway in Far North Dallas. Holden Lunsford, James Engels, and Brandon Avedikian of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial.

Krasamo Inc. has signed a 4,535 square-foot lease in City View Corporate Center II on 15th Street in Plano. Holden Lunsford, James Engels and Brandon Avedikian of Holt Lunsford Commercial and Cody Petersen of CR Peterson negotiated the lease.

Discount Kitchen & Bath has leased 3,750 square feet of industrial space at 4639 Irving Blvd in Dallas. Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease.
