After building a successful song writing career in Nashville, Tennessee Oliver’s own Andi Zack-Johnson is heading back to the South Okanagan to perform in her home town.

Along with her husband Ken Johnson from Birmingham, Alabama, Andi will take the stage at Medici’s on Friday, August 10.

Andi and Ken, both songwriters, have penned hits for many Canadian and American country and pop artists including Harry Connick Jr., Brothers Osborne, Vince Gill with Jenny Gill, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, Craig Morgan, Chris Janson, Mike Plume Band and Uncle Kracker.

The couple has collaborated with many artists over the years including members of Cheap Trick, Matchbox 20, Lynyrd Skynyrd, NRBQ and Aerosmith and more.

They’ve also starred on the hit CMT show I Love Kellie Pickler, produced by Ryan Seacrest, for three years, and have appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Harry (Connick Jr.) Show, Fox and Friends and Good Morning America.

Andi and Ken are also known as the popular children’s music duo “Huck and Lilly.” They have released two critically acclaimed albums since 2015 and can be heard regularly on the Sirius XM show Kids Place Live.

Current solo albums available now include Andi Zack-Johnson’s Love Party and Ken Johnson’s Dang Good Day.

Presented by Medici’s and the Oliver Sage-Brushers Artists, Andi and Ken will put on a one-night-only special concert at Medici’s, located at 522 Fairview Road, on Friday, August 10th.

Tickets are $25 and seating is assigned. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the entertainment starts at 7:30 p.m.
