NEW DELHI: At least 20 cows were killed after they were hit by a speeding

Narela on Wednesday evening. No injuries to any passengers were reported, railway officials said.
According to Northern Railways, the incident took place around 5.50pm, when
train number 12005 was crossing Holambi Kalan near Narela. "While emergency brakes were applied immediately, the train was running at full speed and hit the herd, resulting in the death of almost 20 cows," said a railway official.
