Three more free family films are on tap this year at Central Park in Winter Park.

“Iron Man,” “The Pit and the Pendulum” and “Enchanted” are part of Popcorn Flicks in the Park, a collaboration between the Enzian Theater in Maitland and the City of Winter Park. Filmgoers are encouraged to bring a blanket and a picnic or snacks.

As Enzian’s website states, “These outdoor screenings are dependent upon Florida’s famously unpredictable weather conditions,” so check that app before you leave the house.

‘Iron Man,’ Sept. 13, 8 p.m.

In this 2008 movie, terrorists kidnap industrialist/inventor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and demand that he build a weapon. Instead, he outfoxes his captors and makes an armored suit, which he eventually uses to fight crime and terrorism.

The Oscar-nominated film (for Best Achievement in Sound Editing and Best Achievement in Visual Effects) also stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Terrence Howard.

It is rated PG-13 (for some intense sequences of sci-fi action and violence, and brief suggestive content) and runs 2:06.

‘The Pit and the Pendulum,’ Oct. 11, 8 p.m.

A man investigates his sister’s death and is stunned at what he discovers in this 1961 horror film starring Vincent Price, John Kerr and Barbara Steele.

Based loosely on an Edgar Allan Poe short story, the movie is unrated and runs 1:20.

‘Enchanted,’ Nov. 8, 7 p.m.

Worlds collide when a princess (Amy Adams) from a fairy-tale land is banished to modern Manhattan, where she falls in love with a lawyer (Patrick Dempsey). But what happens when a prince from her world shows up?

Rated PG (for some scary images and mild innuendo), the 2007 comedy run 1:47.
