Latur man booked for harassment

Pune: The Chatushrungi police on Friday booked a man from Latur for sending vulgar text messages to a woman entrepreneur from Aundh.
The man, who obtained her phone number from an advertisement, also called her repeatedly at odd hours.
The 35-year-old woman runs a pest control business and took out an advertisement recently.
According to her complaint, the man, who had obtained her phone number from the advertisement, called and asked her some basic questions that were related to pest control.
Soon, he started calling her late at night and would speak to her in a vulgar manner. He would also send her obscene texts.
