Florida Breast Cancer Foundation is holding a Pink Day of Breast Cancer Awareness at the Oviedo Mall on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The event will feature vendors, demos, giveaways, prizes, and a special Q&A session with Dr. Eric Lau, Moffitt Cancer Center Researcher and a foundation grantee.
Onsite experts will provide navigational guidance to anyone in search of breast cancer resources in the area.
The foundation opened its first office in Orlando earlier this year, after the closure of the local chapter for the Susan G. Komen foundation.
