Nalanda DM Thiyagarajan SM has claimed that the district remained on top in the overall implementation of schemes under seven resolves of the state government.
“With 74.13 points score in August, Nalanda achieved the top slot in the overall implementation of schemes under seven resolves. The district was also number in June and July with 66.95 and 68.72 points, respectively,” Thiyagarajan said.
He said
Bihar Vikas Mission, the implementing and monitoring agency, declared the district ahead of all in July and August in implementing student credit card scheme.
“In household electricity scheme, Nalanda jumped 10 spots from 19th to 9th in only three months. In urban water and drainage implementation, the district gained one spot to reach second. In toilet construction, Nalanda has been consistently performing at fourth spot since June,” said Thiyagarajan.

Nitish Kumar launched the Rs2.75 lakh crore schemes under seven resolves on October 2, 2016.
