The mother-of-two would go on to shock fans with her follow-up post on Instagram Story, showing her view of Malibu in a photograph with an enormous amount of smoke filling the air.
The smoke had stemmed from the tragic Woolsey Fire, which had forced a whopping 250,000 people to evacuate their homes, according to CBS News.
'Malibu… So Sad,' Alessandra captioned the photo with an accompanying 'Breaking News' logo.
In the photo, Alessandra appeared to be the only person in the area while the usual blue clouds had been overshadowed with nothing but smoky clouds.

According to CBS, 'the entire city of Malibu was ordered to evacuate Friday morning as the Woolsey Fire roared toward the beachside community that is home for many Hollywood celebrities.
'A city-wide evacuation was ordered early Friday and then was scaled back, only to be reinstated.
Fans seemed rather concerned when taking to Twitter to question Alessandra as to why she was so close to the wildfire, urging her to get to safety immediately.
'Omg. Can you please just get away from there and stay safe please? That looks so dangerous,' one user told the model.

Another continued, saying: 'I love you girl, but this looks so dangerous. I hope you're doing okay.'
Meanwhile, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York on Thursday will not include Alessandra, who gracefully bowed out following her walk during last year's extravagant in Shanghai, China.
'Last night was so emotional to say goodbye to my #angel sisters but we put on the biggest and best show ever,' she told fans in an endearing Instagram post last year.
But given her Instagram Story, it would seem Alessandra is doing just fine in finding work one year after retiring from the fashion house which ultimately made her a supermodel.
