RPF 2018 exam dates for SI & Constable posts released; check details here

NEW DELHI: Railway Protection Force (RPF) has released the test conducting dates for first stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for 9739 Constable and SI posts.
The Computer Based Test for SI and Constable posts to begin from December 19, 2018 onward.
For the December 19 examination, candidates can download their admit card/ e-call letter from December 9, 2018 onward.
The Central Recruitment Committee for SI and the Central recruitment Committee for Constable have allotted Roll numbers to all valid candidates and these roll numbers will be communicated to them by November 16, 2018 through e-mail. Thereafter detailed CBT schedule will be released on official website of Indian Railways.

CBT will be conducted group-wise simultaneously for Constable and SI for all six groups one by one in following order
1. Group E: NF Railway
2. Group F: RPSF
3. Group A: S Railway, SW Railway and SC Railway
4. Group B: C Railway, W Railway, WC Railway and SEC Railway
5. Group C: E Railway, EC Railway, SE Railway and ECo Railway
6. Group D: N Railway, NE Railway, NW Railway and NC Railway
As the CBT begins for Group E candidates from December 19, therefore candidates will be able to download their e-call letter from December 9, 2018 onwards as per test schedule, said the notice posted on the official website.
The recruitment board would sent CBT exam date, test center, timing to individual candidates on their e-mail.
The RRB organises RPF recruitment examination every year to select candidates to the post of Constables and Sub-Inspectors.
Both Male and Female candidates are recruited to the RPF for taking care of the passengers and railway properties across India.
The RRB had released the RPF recruitment notification for SI and Constable posts on May 31, 2018 and the online application process started from June 1, 2018.

Phase 1: CBT
Phase 2: PET
Phase 3: PMT
Phase 4: Document Verification

For the convenience of the candidates, Test centers will be allocated within 200 km of their home district and single stage e-call letter will be issued to candidates 10 days before exam with all details and better facilitation.
