These are the chilling threats made by a thug as he tried to blackmail his ex from jail - before telling her she would be doused with acid if she refused to drop charges.
Gareth Pierce told Catherine Worsley he would leave her with a "mad f****** swollen burnt face" while he faced a prison sentence for headbutting her.
The bully made a series of disturbing phone calls in which he tried to manipulate her into lying to the police and courts to exonerate him of all charges.
Pierce strangled, bit, and punched the young mum in a series of assaults - and after they split up he tried to ruin her holiday by having her wrongly arrested for smuggling cocaine into America.
But worse was to come when he headbutted her in August, leaving her covered in blood, then demanded she tell the police there had been a mistake.
Luckily, he was outsmarted by his victim, who recorded his disturbing calls, leading to the dad-of-one being jailed for 33 months.
Catherine, 28, spoke to the Liverpool Echo about her horrific ordeal to encourage other people suffering domestic abuse to speak out.
And she has released the audio of one call, to show the lengths Pierce went to in order to try and avoid justice for his vile crimes.
In a short first call from prison, after the attack in August, Pierce said: "I want you to help me out."
In a second call, Pierce said: "I don't need to tell you how I feel about you, you know about that and you're probably not even arsed at the minute because of what I've done to you, but can I talk to you about my crazy idea?
"My own crazy weird idea is - to get out of this - this is gonna sound mad but this is what I think, I don't know whether they'll believe it, but this is what I've thought of to say what happened that night and this is obviously up to you.
"We were both drunk, now I've wrote down two motives behind why you would say I've assaulted you right - the first motive is I texted that girl, that fat pig, that's motive number one.
"And motive number two is obviously social services involvement with the kids, you were scared yeah, that will be two motives for you.
"The only thing I can come out with to say I've not assaulted you is we were having sex, and say like I've dived on ya or I've f***ing slipped and butted you by accident in the bedroom, f***ing blood everywhere, started arguing. I'm trying to say sorry but we've started arguing."
He added that he was going to get "big jail for this if it goes pear shaped" and "if you loved me and my son you wouldn't do this".
Pierce said: "Why the f*** did you grass? You can’t leave me here to f***ing rot.
"You've ruined my life, you've ruined my whole family."
He called her "unloyal" and a "sl*t", then accused her of "sh*****g" his mates.
Pierce said: "All you've gotta do is change your f***ing statement and not turn up at court, that's nothing to do with me, f***ing help me out."
He questioned why her status was single on Facebook and said: "You're a f***ing nasty piece of work." She asked him to stop contacting her.
Pierce said: "Right you're forgetting this, I don't wanna say this, I've got your mum's address, I've got your sister's address, I've got your got your address, right.
"I'm in here on a wing with 150 f***ing lads, some of them ruthless little b******s and any of them will help me out in here, if I want something doing it'll get f***ing done - I don't want to do anything."
In a third call, Pierce said: "I'm begging you to help me, please Catherine.
"Honest right, I’m not gonna get out of here for a long time ya know, I don't think you realise with my previous and that I’m f***ed.
Catherine said: "There’s not anything I can do about it."
Pierce replied: "You can, you can just f***ing say what I've asked you to say now... and nothing will happen to you."
He said he wanted to get out (of prison) because he needed to be with his son and she said he should have thought of that before he assaulted her.
Pierce said: “I'm sorry for that and you knew I regretted it straight away.”
Catherine replied: "The damage is already done."
Pierce said: "I know it is and I wanna make amends for it but I don’t wanna sit in here for years rotting and honest to God they're gonna f*** me for it.
"You need you to help me - I'm that p***ed off l’m in here, I've done it, ultimate remorse. I’m begging you to help me and nothing will happen to your [inaudible].
"Just help me, just don't stand up your statement in court, I promise I'll pay you. I'll pay you as much as you f***ing want." Catherine said he had no job and no money.
Pierce said: "Listen, I'll get five grand in your bank account tomorrow." She laughed and told him to "f*** off".
Pierce said: "I f***ing promise I will, I'll get you £5,000 in your bank account tomorrow if you say change that statement for me."
He said he wished he never met her and she said the feeling was mutual. Pierce said: "You watch them now you little f****** slag, you watch."
In the first of three calls Pierce made in October, Catherine told him he didn't scare her with threats.
Pierce said: "You don't care because you think these are false threats don't ya?"
"I'll make a phone call right now, your house and car is getting blew up today.
"Trust me, trust me, I swear on my son's life. You watch. You watch. I promise you, it's already been arranged."
Catherine asked: "What will happen?"
He replied: "I'm not going to tell you, bye."
In a second call, Pierce said: "I promise you this.
"I'm gonna get you stabbed and acided. Stabbed and acid threw in your face.
"I promise you, all your beautiful looks are going to go and it's going to happen very soon. You're a beautiful girl, but not for very long.
"You're going to have a mad f***ing looking swollen burnt face and I will laugh when it happens. Your son won't even recognise his own mother."
He also said: "Don't think I don't mean what I'm saying, I mean what I'm saying, I hope you turn up to court, I hope you lie."
Catherine said: "I will be turning up to court, don't worry."
Pierce replied: "Yeah well, we will see won't we. I promise you now you are getting it, trust me. I don't give a f***, I'm already in here now. You're a scumbag, you're a sl*g, you're dirty, you're cheap."
In a third call he said: "This is the last time I'm going to ring you right."
Catherine said: "Oh will you f*** off now, you're getting boring."
Pierce said:" If you go to court right, you are finished, you're going to get run out of that town."
He added: "Everyone is on to you now. If you go to court you are finished, the choice is yours."
Pierce, of Widnes, Cheshire, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm, perverting the course of justice and witness intimidation.
Judge Robert Trevor-Jones, who gave him a five-year restraining order at Liverpool Crown Court, said his calls were "chilling" and threats "ugly".
