KIOCL, V-Mart Retail among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 402.79 points down at 34,556.93 on Tuesday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Eastern Treads (down 18.87 per cent), Frontline Securities (down 14.00 per cent), Bharat Bhushan (down 10.00 per cent), Fortune Financial Services (down 9.21 per cent), Suryaamba Spinning Mills (down 8.81 per cent), Lime Chemicals (down 8.43 per cent), Porwal Auto Comp (down 8.01 per cent), TAAL Enterprises (down 7.98 per cent), Jayaswal Neco (down 7.16 per cent) and Shiva Global (down 6.66 per cent) were among the worst performers.

KIOCL (5.83 per cent), V-Mart Retail (down 5.74 per cent) and Ugro Capital (down 5.56 per cent) too declined around 5-6 per cent at around the same time.

In the Nifty pack, 11 stocks were trading in the green, while 39 stocks were in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 112.05 points down at 10,376.4.
