NEW DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) had conducted the Mains Examination for the post of Clerical Cadre successfully across the country on 20th January 2019. The candidates who have qualified the IBPS Clerk Prelims 2018 Exam appeared in the Clerk Mains Examination. The exam was held in a single slot from 10.00 am to 12.40 pm.
The result for the same is likely to be released in the month of March 2019.
This year IBPS Clerk Mains 2018-19 Exam was full of surprises in terms of new question types and patterns. The level of the IBPS Clerk Mains 2018-19 Exam was moderate and difficult as compared to the last year.

As per the review, the Quantitative Aptitude section was the most difficult section. While, the English Language section was full of Reading Comprehension and based on new pattern questions. Reasoning section was also difficult & lengthy. On the other hand, the level of General Awareness section was easy to moderate.
The Main Examination consists of only Objective Tests of total 190 questions. The total duration of the exam was 160 minutes (2 hours and 40 minutes).

The arrangement of the individual section is default by the server. As the time limit for each section was fixed so, the students had to answer the questions within the specified time.

2. English Language (35 min) – 40 Qs
3. Reasoning + Computer Aptitude (45 min) – 50 Qs
4. Quantitative Aptitude (45 min) – 50 Qs
