Kriti Sanon is all set for her first release of the year '
Luka Chuppi'. After exploring a new city Lucknow, while shooting for her hit flick 'Bareily Ki Barfi' the actress was excited to shoot in
Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, and
Mathura for her upcoming rom-com.
The actress who was bitten by the travel bug was looking forward to exploring the cities and enjoying the local food. Talking about her experience shooting in the rustic bylanes, Kriti said, “For '
Luka Chuppi' we were shooting in the gullies, and real locations of the main city, so we had most of the local food a lot of Kachoris and Tikki chole."
"I am a Delhi Girl and honestly and I miss the north Indian roadside food the chaat and the chole, so while we were shooting we used to have all of that in the middle of the shoots," she added.
Kartik Aaryan, who hails from Gwalior, even went about to buy sweets like ras malai and Bajra ka Laddu.
The actress recalled, "One time, we were craving for junk food. Post pack up, the markets were shut. After roaming around, we found a place that served patties which melted in the mouth."
Apart from 'Luka Chuppi', Kriti has an exciting film line up of projects including 'Housefull 4', '
Panipat' and 'Arjun Patiala'.
