4 students injured as school bus crashes into tree in Palghar
The bus belonging to JP International School was on its way to drop around 20 students when the driver lost control of the vehicle on Mahim-Palghar Road and it crashed into a tree.
MUMBAI: A school bus carying pre-primary students crashed into a tree injuring four of them and the driver of the vehicle at Palghar on Monday.
Four students seated in the front rows of the bus and the driver sustained injuries in the mishap. The injured are being treated at the Palghar Rural Hospital.
The bus belonging to JP International School was on its way to drop around 20 students when the driver lost control of the vehicle on Mahim-Palghar Road and it crashed into a tree.

Eye witnesses said that the driver of the school bus was speeding on a narrow and busy road.
The driver is believed to have told the police that one of the tyres of the bus turned flat and the bus went out of control.
