Snow is transitioning to rain in Pittsburgh and southwest, but areas north and east still have the potential for freezing rain or sleet.One good thing on our side is the system has picked up some speed and is moving quickly.Spotty, light rain showers will continue this afternoon, with more steady/heavy rainfall for the evening rush hour.Light rain showers are expected overnight and into early Thursday morning.
