Fiji USA Business Council Moves From Maximise
Fiji USA Business Council is no longer using the service of HR Consultants Maxumise Fiji to handle their Secretariat of the Council. The Fiji USA Business Council are in the process of engaging a new Secretariat within the next two to three weeks, therefore, the Secretariat is still in transition.
The Council would like to thank Team Maxumise for their work and dedication towards the FIJI USA Business Council for the past 12 years. “Thank you so much and it was a great pleasure indeed.”
Council Email Address:
Please note that the Council email has changed from secretariat@fijiamcham.com to fijiusabc@outlook.com, kindly update your records. The old email address will be disconnected in the near term.
Council membership form
The council has a new membership form and they have requested members to complete the form and email it back to them. You will receive the 2019 subscription invoice as soon as you submit your completed form.
The completed forms are required from current/renewing members and potential new members.
The council has added request for information on the form, this was designed to gather as much information as possible about your business to enable them to link you with your area of interest through the Council communications and activities.
The council wants to understand you to enable them serve your needs.
In-addition, your representative(s) contact is important to them, they want to make sure your representatives are well informed and invited to the Council activities.
Therefore, they need to update their database.
Miscommunication in the past
There may have been miscommunication in the past as they were informed that some members representatives may have not been receiving information, invites, etc. So, they want to make sure they don’t leave anyone behind. The council have made the filling process of its form user friendly, simply complete it electronically (pdf) without printing and email it to them when done. Their aim is to make this process more effective and easy as they understand you are busy.
Please feel free to share the membership form with anyone you know who may be interested in joining their community.
The council have placed the membership form on the social media channels as well.
Other positive changes will be forthcoming to enhance the communication lines of the Council with its members. Stay tuned.
