MUMBAI: After renewing poll alliance, the bickering saffron allies in the state seem to be indulging in some bonhomie. Monday night saw CM
Devendra Fadnavis hosting a
dinner for Shiv Sena and BJP legislators at Varsha. The dinner was attended by Sena president
Uddhav Thackeray and his son, Aaditya. Fadnavis and Uddhav appealed legislators to join hands at local level at the hour-long 'dinner diplomacy'. Uddhav said told the legislators that the thread of 'Hindutva' bonds the two parties.
The CM said the opposition is upset as the Sena and BJP have joined hands. "There is no need to anticipate results, it is sure that the saffron alliance will win," he said.
