Varanasi/Allahabad/Kanpur/Gorakhpur: Hailing India’s pre-dawn air strike on terror camps across the Line of Control (LoC) on Tuesday in which around 300 terrorists were killed, family members of CRPF jawans martyred in Pulwama terror attack on February 14 said they wanted further stringent action against Pakistan for harbouring terrorists.
In Tofapur village of Chaubeypur area in Varanasi, family members of Ramesh Yadav said action against Pakistan should not stop till all terrorists are eliminated.

“Pakistan isi karyawahi ka hakdar hai (Pakistan is entitled to such action),” said Renu, the widow of martyr Ramesh Yadav. She also thanked the IAF and the Central government for the air strike.
According to the family members, Renu, who had been grieving the demise of her husband, was in a relaxed state of mind after watching the news of air strike on TV.
“Continue the strikes, only then the mothers would get revenge of the martyrdom of their sons),” said the martyr’s mother Rajmati Devi.
Similar reactions came from the kin of martyr Awdhesh Yadav of Bahadurpur village in Chandauli district. However, the martyr’s widow, Shilpi Devi, is yet to overcome the trauma.
The martyr’s cancer-stricken mother, Malati Devi, said “death of a son is the greatest loss for a mother. We wish no mother loses her son in such terror attacks”.

“The action has brought comfort to us, but there is a need of complete elimination of terrorists and their camps in Pakistan,” said Harikesh Yadav, the jawan’s father.
Family members of martyred CRPF jawan Mahesh Kumar Yadav, a resident of Tudihar of Meja area in Allahabad, said “we could now find solace in a time of distress”.
Sanjoo Devi, the martyr’s widow, said: “It (IAF strike) has given the family some relief, but such strikes should continue.”
Supriya, daughter of martyred CRPF jawan Pradeep Singh Yadav, a native of Ajan Sukhsenpur village of Kannauj district, said: “I am happy that the death of my father has been avenged. We feel proud of his supreme sacrifice and IAF action is a true tribute to the bravehearts.”
Similar views were expressed by the family of another martyred CRPF jawan, Shyam Babu, who was a native of Raingawan Majra Nonari in Kanpur Dehat.
“We appreciate the step taken by the government to avenge the death of the martyrs,” said Ram Prasad, the deceased jawan’s father.
Rajwanti, mother of martyred CRPF jawan Ajit Kumar Azad, a native of Unnao, said: “Pakistan has been behaving in a very immature manner. So, India must now take a major step to teach Pakistan a lesson.”
Meena, martyr Ajit Kumar’s wife, said: “I am happy as a ray of hope has emerged following the air strike. More such attacks should be carried out to stop all terror activities,” she said.
The families of martyr Vijay Kumar Maurya of Deoria and martyr Pankaj Tripathi of Maharajganj thanked IAF and the government.
Vijay Kumar’s wife Vijayalakshmi said, “I thank my soldier brothers and wish that all terrorists die.”
Maharajganj martyr Pankaj’s wife Rohini Tripathi said, “I am proud of our soldiers. They should continue their operation until every terrorist is dead .”
