Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena releases first list of candidates for Andhra Pradesh elections

Actor-turned-politician and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan released party's first list of candidates for upcoming Lok Sabha and Andhra assembly elections. Pawan released the list of four parliamentary and 32 assembly constituencies on the party's formation day.

VIJAYAWADA: Actor-turned-politician and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan released party's first list of candidates for upcoming Lok Sabha and Andhra assembly elections. Pawan released the list of four parliamentary and 32 assembly constituencies on the party's formation day.
The party had called the aspirants to submit their applications to contest the elections and around 3000 applications were received.
Altogether 8 out of 32 candidates in first list were common activists suggested by the screening committee.

Pawan Kalyan and party general secretary Thota Chandrasekhar organised a meeting with candidates on Wednesday night before releasing the first list.
Pawan gave priority to major communities in his first list. Pawan Kalyan will address party activists and huge gathering at formation day meeting scheduled to held on Thursday at Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry).
